- PAST LIFE REGRESSION workshop for adults
1 session of 5 hours (2,5hrs + refreshment + 2,5 hrs)
In this workshop, you will learn how the different levels of the mind operate, what is hypnotherapy and in particular what, and how/why "Past Life Regressions" works, together with its many benefits. You'll be able to ask questions, reflect and receive the answers both through your higher self, other people present and myself, practicing to tune into your inner knowledge and trust as well as with the support of my guidance.
I'll guide you then to your first safe and natural Past Life Regression session.
There will be a refreshment time.
In the second part of the workshop you'll be guided into a 2nd Past Life Regression where you will be even more open and confident to experience this beautiful journey of the soul.

- PARTS THERAPY and INNER CHILD integration
1 session of 4 hours (2hrs + refreshment + 2hrs)
"Parts therapy" refers to the method of integration of all parts or splits of self, that occurred during a traumatic and unresolved event (traumas defines any unresolved event, of any degree). When this parts didn't find a resolution, they take over our ability to respond to challenging events, triggering instead our "old wounds" reactions.
I'll explain you in detail the process and why it is so important to improve all type of relationships, included the one with our self.
We will then, dive deep into the practice and parts conflict resolution.
