1. WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?
Hypnosis is a very safe and natural state of consciousness, with great potential for healing. It's a state of deep relaxation and focused concentration, and excellent method by which people can access their inner potential and achieve beneficial transformation in their lives. Each of us utilizes various depths of hypnosis daily, for instance when we dream, meditate or relax, before we go to sleep or when we wake up just before feeling fully alert. We get into a state of hypnosis when we watch movies at the movie theatre and experience our focus, feelings and thoughts being fully concentrated to the the scenes we are watching. Also, did you ever drive a car and felt like at some point you were overthinking something other then the road to take, but somehow kept driving the right way (or sometimes you missed the exit)? That's an example of self - hypnosis as well! In hypnosis, the subconscious mind is receptive to suggestions and you are able to explore it, because the conscious mind is in a quieter state than usual thanks to the relaxation state I guide you into. The physical body is also fully relaxed, even though you may decide to move it any time you want to.
2. AM I ASLEEP WHEN I’M IN HYPNOSIS?
Even though the word “hypnosis” comes from the greek word meaning “sleep”, you are fully awake when you are in hypnosis. You are totally aware of everything around you. The truth is, hypnosis is very similar to mediation. You can hear everything, you can open your eyes, and you can speak. When you are under this deep state of focused concentration, you will still be able to ask questions if needed, and still being able to maintain that deep relaxed state. It is finally up to you to maintain this state or not while I'm guiding you, and that's why it is said that what is going on during regular hypnotherapy sessions, it's clearly self-hypnosis. This also reveals how powerful our willingness to focus can be for each one of us.
3. WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY?
Hypnotherapy is a safe and drug-free therapeutic approach that addresses both the conscious and the subconscious thinking. It is the use of beneficial suggestions during hypnosis to implement beneficial changes in the way a person thinks, feels, behaves, or to help in the healing process of various health conditions. Hypnotherapy has no adverse effects. It is the use of hypnosis in alternative healing along with other techniques such as:

Shadow work is the integration, acknowledgment and acceptance of all those parts of ourselves that we've been denying, trying to hide (been ashamed of, or felt guilt about) or attempted to run from. Through this work one is able to slowly deepen and include all of the many interior aspects, and to be loving and kind to that which was previously rejected. This because all those parts have had a reason to exist in the first place. They were there to guide you on a path of integration and self-love. This eventually allows you to be more compassionate to both yourself and to others, and ultimately to support your journey to the best version of yourself!
I feel a beautiful sense of relief anytime I do shadow work on myself. I can look at that thought/feeling I hold in myself which is somehow uncomfortable, and find at the end many way of approval. This process may take some practice and an open mind, so I'll be glad to exercise this technique together so that you may make it part of your power tool for transformation.
5. WHAT IS A PAST LIFE REGRESSION?
Past life regression is a therapeutic technique for accessing and re-experiencing your many past lives directly. Even though it is called "Past Life Regression", the lives you'll experience are in a certain sense still active and are happening simultaneously with the one that you are in right at this moment. At a soul level - which is the perspective in which you enter to once in a deep state of relaxation, you'll be able to feel, see, perceive the lives as if they are happening at that moment. The fact that some of the core issues of our current challenges are rooted in a "past life" tells us of how current - in a current and valid - in a certain sense, they still are. A branch of hypnotherapy, past life regression therapy has grown over the last 50 years to be an important addition to the healing arts.

6. HOW DOES A PAST LIFE REGRESSION SESSION WORK
When you'll arrive at the office (or from your home if the session will be done through the internet), we will start the session with a short conversation about the reasons you came in to do the session. I will then briefly explain you how the mind works and what hypnotherapy can do for you. After that, you'll lay comfortably on a couch, and I will start the actual session by guiding you in a deep state of relaxation through a visualization. In this part of the session, you'll use your conscious mind (imagination and senses) to follow my voice and relax. Then I'll go on with the second part, which is a deepening of the relaxation, and ultimately I'll start ask you questions. That's when the journey begins.
Ps. Regression therapy is not to be confused with a past life reading, which is a passive process, where the readers tells the client what she/he sees, feels, knows. Even though a reading may tickle your curiosity, in term of healing and self-growth, it has a very little benefit, if any at all.)
